Proposal of Communication System in Company

Master´s thesis analyses modern methods of communication in company management. The objective is to discover out the crucial defects of this issue and to outline possible solutions which would improve the weaknesses – of internal communication. The master´s thesis consists of three parts: The theoretical part is concerned about communicational instruments which have been used by the operational company ČEPRO, a.s. The analytical part describes implementation of communicational instruments in the company. (external communication, internal communication, crisis communication and communication during the new product implementation) The proposal part recommends appropriate elements for efficient communication within the current communication system in the company.
Aspects and Instruments of Courtesy in Communication in Swedish and Czech

The aim of the dissertation is to examine the approach to politeness in Swedish and in Czech and to compare its features in both languages. In the theoretical part there are presented the most influential approaches to politeness. The next two chapters focus on practical examples. In the first of these there are summarized linguistic means which are used to express politeness in Czech, and they are compared with Swedish. The second one deals with several specific speech acts, in which courtesy applies. The different ways of expressing politeness in Czech and Swedish are described on the base of the literature and also on my own questionnaire. Not only the spoken but also the written form of the communication is ranged in the dissertation. The Market Research of The Written Communication Courses

The principal theme of this work is the courses of written communication. The theoretical part mainly focuses on the business plan and the market research. The practical part describes the evolution of internet communication and continues with a business plan which comprises the concept of courses of written communication. Based on the market research, the goal of the work is to find out whether the chosen focus group would be interested in this kind of courses. The market research consists of the secondary and primary research. The primary quantitative research served as a tool to update the secondary data. As a qualitative research the author used the individual in-depth interviews. The work concludes by evaluating the results of the market research and serves as a recommendation for managers of educational institutions.
